Included minutes refer to connected call duration; overages are charged at the add-on rates.
Installation is a one-time fee for standard configuration and onboarding. Additional integrations and bespoke work are scoped separately.
SMS, WhatsApp, telecommunications and other third-party charges are billed separately unless expressly included.
Unused calling minutes do not roll over by default.
Concurrent calls means simultaneous AI-handled calls, not a count of phone numbers.
Integration-dependent and enterprise capabilities need technical validation and a documented scope of work.
